the hotel entrance adjoins the terminal 3 departures area! it made dropping off bags prior to breakfast so simple. mount fuji graced our view from the room window. it was magnificent. the machine check-in system processed everything quickly. the room was clean, and the bathroom was also perfectly clean. i found such peace knowing i could handle everything before the flight.

The location was really easy to access directly from Terminal 3. The staff provided really good assistance.
I found the room temperature difficult to adjust (it felt consistently too warm). I tried modifying the thermostat, but it didn't seem to make much difference. This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

i found the lack of readily available information in english quite inconvenient the signage within the hotel could benefit from clearer multilingual options this would greatly assist international guests in navigating the facilities furthermore i was disappointed by the limited hours of the airport observation deck its closure in the early evening restricted opportunities to appreciate the airfield activities an extension of these hours would certainly enhance the overall experience for aviation enthusiasts like myself

the hotel staff members were professional and calm. they efficiently assisted guests from around the world. the hotel is located near airline check-in counters, great for early flights. dining was excellent with good options for meals.
The room was quite small. the premium hollywood twin room felt a bit cramped for two adults and their luggage. more room would definitely improve comfort.
